Quest Diagnostics

On today 12/27/2021, after my 19 months visited her Dr. Her Dr. sent us to Quest Diagnostics located on 110 S 17th St. Harrisburg. PA (Hamilton Health Center building). Dr. said my daughter need blood work for Iron and what ever test (don't remember how to spell the word). When it's our turn. I am holding my baby girl, one Black lady (her name is Dena) hold her arm and the other lady draw the blood. She pinch the needle into my baby's arm. No blood comes out, she started pulling the needle and stir insside under her skin. My baby girl cried so hard. I told her stop, because I started feel dizzy and I can pass out. The black lady said I can't tell her to stop, if I don't want to do the test, I sbould tell the Dr. After the needle stired under my bany's skin 5 or 6 times blood start comes out. I told them I won't bring her here again. The black lady said"never come back, you are nasty" WHAT? Unbelievable she said that to me. I tols her that's not respect at all and she can't say that to me and she need appoligize! My husband told her that she was not supposed to say that to me! Then she said "get the [censored] out of here! Get the [censored] out of my lab!" We told other people call the security guard! Before the security guard cae, She even tried to hit me. My husband was between us, she pushed my husband who has the baby in his arm! And she said again "Get the [censored] out of my lab". That's crazy! How an pwrson can work in the office and treat people like that? Did the company check their background? Did they have an pre-screening and training to follow the company's rules? Are this Quest Diagnostic lab just hire anyone from the street? I filed incident report with Hamilton Health Center. The person told us Quest Diagnostic is not part of Hamilton Health center. They just use their facility. We called the police. Police filed a report. I think I need a body camera. This is not the 1st time people verbally assult me because I have Asian face? Racisium!
