Hair Cuttery - Appointment deleted

I previously scheduled my appointment for 5/7at 2pm. I got this email confirmation on 5/5: We look forward to seeing you on Sunday, May 07, 2023 for your 2:00 PM appointment at Horsham Point Shopping Center. You've booked the following services:

[protected]. However, when I arrived the stylist said there was no appointment in her calendar. She still took me but I had to wait an hour extra to see her. The stylist was very upset because it messed her hours and

Schedule. She told me this had happened repeatedly to her and she is being double booked. Please look into your scheduling system since this is the second time this happened to me at this salon with this stylus.

It makes me very unhappy to got to a scheduled appointment and to be told they are not available and I’m not in the calendar. Especially when I am a loyal regular customer whom pays on average $250 every 3 month or more.
