I ordered a grandslamwich which wasn’t even cooked all the way properly, cheese wasn’t even melted, bread was soggy and it was just disgusting. I also ordered a chicken tenders dinner with baked mac and cheese and seasoned fries (might I add that was an up charge). My chicken tenders were soggy, my mac and cheese looked days old and my fries were so soggy and not properly cooked through. I called in and they told me I needed to bring the food in for them to make me new food. The whole purpose of ordering it online was so they I didn’t have to come to the store but I did. The manager did not come and speak with me, I had two different servers come speak to me and tell me they couldn’t refund me and that I needed to go through doordash even though it was not through doordash and through the dennys app. They couldn’t refund me my money because another manager had to do it but doesn’t come on shift until the next day. So not only do I have to wait until tomorrow to speak with that manager, I never actually spoke to one when I was at that location because he was on the line cooking. The customer service was awful and I will no longer ever order from here again. The fact a manager could not speak to me speaks volumes for how they treat their customers!

Desired outcome: My refund and an apology from the Manager!
