Hello CVS,
I had subscribed to the Care Pass since March of 2020 I have not yet received my $10.00 extra bucks. April came along waiting until the 18th of each month to received my extra bucks nothing of the program had come through. I called Headquarters while the pandemic sent many workers homes from CVS Corp. The Care Pass department was closed so I could not report the incomplete programs offer. With June coming into play I want to know what you are going to do about this? I also would like to know if I have to register again with a new account to Care Pass? I also informed the managers of the store reply was, " call corporate over it." So if you don't mind I would like my both of these months repaid with extra bucks and also before June 18, 2020 I would like my rewards. Please let me know when a decision has been made over the Care Pass program. Thank You
