My husband and I were patients with Aspen Dental in Muncy, PA. I have had fillings, and root canals that have all failed. I was billed and so was my insurance. The bill I paid was more than my copays. I was also billed at each visit another amount and I wasn't ever given an itemized bill after asking. My husband has several teeth removed and a bottom denture made. His dentures still don't fit properly. His gums are bumpy and the dentist that was supposed to do the surgery did not do it. Another dentist performed the procedure and did not stitch his gums as instructed. He still has pressure points to this day. I am now paying another dentist to fix what aspen has destroyed. Some of my teeth had to be removed because of their poor service and my smile has been ruined forever because I can't afford to fix it.
