I've been a customer since jan. 2023 agreement number [protected], In july 2023 we had a bad roach infestation I informed the store to take there fridge and stove back they never did so we placed them in storage during extermination which took 2 wks. They were damaged while in storage to where they were no longer functioning. I informed my store of this, was told it was my fault, I am still required to continue my payments even though merchandise has to be tossed. I continued making payments up until sept. 5 2023 when I lost my job. I informed the store I lost my job, how do they want to proceed in terms of me re paying them for lost product. I was told i'd get a call with in 48 hrs from store. Never got a call it's been 72 days after I heard from anyone or anyform of communication from the store, an on 11/14/2023 A rent a center driver showed up on my door demanding my 14 yr old daughter let him in to take everything out of our kitchen. I tried contacting the store multiple times an got hung up on each time. They know we no longer have the fridge and stove that is in our agreement they have known since july, an they have not contacted me for 72 days no email no phone call no text. There driver does not need to harrass a child. and it is poor customer service if you ignore a customer and payments im trying to work out for 72days. Why wait 72 days an then just randomly show up with out a word saying you are going take all of my stuff. I have tried to work with my local store on many occaisions regarding this issue an they have failed at each attempt.
Desired outcome: Stop contacting me , stop coming to my home. I am to resume payments if that is what store wishes on dec. 1. 2023 when i recieve my first pay from my new job if they are not going to accept these terms then please stop harassing
