8/3/21- I was reviewing my CVS account on line. I use the 7501 Haverford Avenue location. According to the notes on my pharmacy(prescriptions) documentations, it indicates I requested and/or picked up prescriptions at the 750l Haverford Avenue. I HAVE NOT picked up prescriptions in person since February 2021. However it is documented in my CVS file that I picked prescriptions 5/17, /3/12/21. 6/16 and 7/19/21, And it appears as if I requested this pickup. As I have had a couple of minor issues before this with communication with CVS at 7501 location, I am inclined to make inquiry as to why such documentation is on this file. I pay monthly dues of $5.00, I have trouble walking the distance from residence to CVS, and my automobile is not operable since August 2020. I would like this investigated and receive appropriate documentation of correction. My profile is on file.
Desired outcome: Have CVS.com correct error or whomever is responsible for inputting said data.
CVS - Prescription services

On 4/2, 4/7 and 4/12/21 I received text notices that I should be filling a prescription for atorvastin 40 mg. I checked to see when I last refilled prescription which was 3/7/21; I contacted pharmacy management with aetna and they confirmed that last prescription was 3/7/21, however they stated they have it documented that I received a 30 day supply. This is not true. On 3/7/21 I received a 90 day supply which is why I was not filling the new request that was sent 3 times., however the label does say 30 day supply. I have been trying to correct this for 3 or 4 days, but I never get transferred to a pharmacist. Further I received a called from supposedly aenta asking why I wasn't taking my medication properly (I assume they assume I was not filling prescription. [protected]- joyce trawick 11/27/1950
Desired outcome: Can someone contact CVS 7520 City Line and make inquiry and have them call me as I can't seem to reach them.?
