Current staying at Extended Stay America 9000 Tinicum Philadelphia Pa Room 201 and the quality of the room is very poor. The WiFi code was not written down to gain access and when asked about grab and go breakfast was told will only have muffins and granola bars and was out of oat meal. The microwave is filthy and it appears it had caught fire. Complained at front desk no replacement will have to wait for maintenance. The two burners are burnt up and looks horrible. The telephone headset not attached because it is broken. Dust in the lamps. No ironing board pad/cover. No bedspread or blanket on the bed just 2 thin sheets. Mold on kitchen cabinet. Room has and old Smokey Musty odor. No dishes or pots and pans per the front desk person and her reason was that people steal them. She jotted down my room number to provide me with if and when they become available with no eta given. See attached pics as I am a current very dissatisfied customer. Dates I am stay at hotel are 7/18 to 7/28 for business Travel. I will never stay at an Extended Stay America again for Business nor pleasure.
