My names Michael giacobbe. I've paid double membership for over a year because u guys double billed me. I didn't complain. every other time to the gym I'm told there's a balance and my bank account shows a payment from day prior. most employees that have been here know me and know it's not true and say just call or I'll call when u have time and fix and generally due. my issue is today the manager, a young dude ignorant woman, whom I never met ever gives me so much attitude and idk why. said I owe 74 dollars. It if knew me or took time to would see overn2 years over same thing and say no sweat. my key chain blk card is missing as of last night imma check my car when I get to it. I asked for another she rudely said no. I have a ton of masks and fully vaccinated and said I dropped my masked because paint this picture in ur head. to add to my workout I park a mile and a half away and jump to pack backs to the gym. so I'm sweating and tryin to do my rhing and this ride nasty lady is nothing but negititvity, everything a no or pay and it's illegal as sin as I just had a mask and you guys have a whole drawer full I give to whoever you want and the lady made me pay 1 dollar for a mask when just last night I got one for free. and you can't do that. she's directly profiting off of COVID 19 when there to be accessible to anyone. got forbid someone had it and because this nasty rude greedy woman didn't get her dollar I could've caught COVID 19. I'm on my other phone for 19 mins and counting waiting to talk to a live person as this store is actively saying [censored] you catch COVID spread it, etc unless u pay me! I'm flabbergasted at this isn't the closest one to my house but I've come here for 3 plus yrs and u have had some awesome employees and they always get rotated out and now I have these ghetto nasty people out to make money and hurt me the "valued" "faithful" customer. smh what a thanks. and literally overpaid and didn't ask for a dime back but now it's a huge we'll let u slide when I can literally screen shot my regular payment goin thro not even 2 days ago. I'm appalled by the manager, and ur customer service wait time. ur not that busy just being lasy seems to be the theme while u let people who are actively tryin to profit off of the pandemic and hurt this country. I'm sending this in to the local news number as this is just sickening and messed up and oh yeah tried to pay for my mask with a dollar but wasn't allowed I had to pay there way and use a debt card I don't want to use. it's for buying my son food but the manager lady didn't care it was pay with a card or get out or catch COVID maybe. whoever owns this stuff made a HUGE MISTAKE making that lady a manager. never seen or heard of her before and brag about this place and this is my thanks. never a complaint or bad word about me ever her but I'm not good apparently and not gonna let this matter go idc if it's over a dollar or the b.s. balance that normally they fix. and idk if that ladies having a bad day or what but as manager 100 percent exactly how y out don't act or treat the customer and it'll trickle down to the employees. I was treated with utter distain and dismissiveness. embarrassed and instead of working out typing this and now 29 minutes into holding on number [protected] which shows u how terrible u treat ur customers cause u don't want me vocilzing it so leave me on hold long enough and I'll hang up. no I'm gonna screenshot it and send it in to local news and hopefully they do a price on how greedy and this gym is and nasty to customers smh my phone number is [protected] I want called I want this rectified and just sick of nasty nasty people that u guys hire anyone in the pandemic that are unqualified and the definition of ignorance intolerance and this is what's wrong with the world and society. how dare you guys. u should be ashamed and can't believe I was treated like dirt. thanks a lot planet fitness. hey since ur not busy and just have me on hold why oh wait just now got employee on phone
