I am still waiting for copies of my grievance against the district manager (Tom) for encouraging the store managers and Vallerie to lie by pulling me in the office for invisible customer complaints because I told him about the out of control horseplay between the managers, the racial slurs directed at me and the company, the asst. manager being inappropriate with me and her husband by the office and grill as well as other things.
In my opinion Tom also lied to his boss by saying that he had a meeting with me and Vallerie to resolve the issue when everybody knows Vallerie was on bereavement leave and I worked night shifts.

Sunoco - suppressed grievance
The employee compliance hotline workers have been telling me since October 2012 that my grievances against the district manager (Tom), cashier (Vallerie), store managers (Rick & Rita) and legal advisor (Micheko) are on the way. This has been going on since last Christmas. We should not have to let managers touch us, get drunk with them or clock them in or out to feel a part of the Sunoco team. In my opinion you should stop the harsh cigarette carding plolicy because Tom lets certain employees steal them anyway.

This is not allowing me to post my reply. Basically she is lying. I am one of her coworkers and she has had an argument with each of the people she mentioned. Mostly it was an issue about not allowing her to purchase cigerettes because of her age. So because she did not get her way she claimed at least five of the workers were sexually abusing her and getting drunk. These are the reasons for her doing so.
Tom/Valarie - Refusing to sell her cigerettes because she is under aged.
Rick and Rita - The managers who she reported this to and whom investigated and found nothing(she then falesly accused of sexual abuse
Michael - district, who did a thorough investigation and found nothing but allowed her to keep her job because there is still no proof she made this up, just that he found nothing.
Frankly hopefully the truth comes out and she loses her job for creating a hostile work environment.
Actually none of this happened, as a matter of fact the individual who wrote this is making this all up. She has claimed that Valarie, Tom Rick, Rita and Michael are all getting drunk and sexually harassing her because she had an argument with all of them. Every time she gets into an argument with her coworkers she claims they are sexually harassing her and getting drunk on the job. They have looked into this and have not seen this. They have done a thorough investigation and her claims turned out to be false. Why does she still have a job after creating a hostile work environment you ask, because they have no proof that she is making this up, only that they have found no proof during their investigations. Actually the reason she is angry at Tom is because he knew her age and she refused to sell him cigarettes. She told him that since they are friends and employees, that he should let the rule slide. He did not so she made up the claim about him. As for the cashiers they did the same thing. She spoke to the managers claiming the same thing, when they did not side with her she lied to Michael and said that they often drank on the job. When Michael did not find any proof of her claims she said he sexually harassed her and she smelled booze on his breath.
Sunoco - #. manager has touchy feely problem
Tom the district manager told me that he would have another meeting between me, Vallerie, Rita and Rick when the stores renovations are done by the end of the month and I really need Hellen his boss to be there to figure out why Rita and Vallerie keep saying that I am being rude to invisible customers and he is standing by them instead of correcting on the spot.
