On 3/17 I dropped my 2014 Q60 off @ the East York Pa location for 2 rear tires, and alignment and an inspection. Contacted the garage on the 18th and was told the tires wore down unevenly due to my shocks being bad. Told them to please order the shocks and replace them as well. Parts were pretty much unavailable everywhere and they had to have 2 KYB shocks shipped up from Manassas, VA. The shocks come in and then I am told the nut is seized up and that they will most likely have to heat or cut the knuckle assembly in order to get it off. Another 500$ part. Fast forward to Fri 3/25 I get a call stating that the car is done. I went to pick it up Sat 3/26 in the AM and took the car straight home. 2 hours later there was a large puddle of hydraulic fluid all over my garage floor. Verified it was not brake fluid, contacted the shop and was told to bring it back. Returned to shop, mechanic came outside and looked under car with flashlight and said the shocks are garbage. Every time I call in, it just seems like they have another excuse as to why the car isn't done yet. I gave them over 1600$ have been without my vehicle for close to 2 weeks.
Desired outcome: I just want the excuses to end and I would like my car back - Preferably fixed.
