ServPro - Damages done to my property during ceiling and wall demolition

I had water damage done in my home on March 7, 2020. I contacted servpro that same day. They responded very quickly to set up an appointment to visit my home which was set for March 9, 2020. I believe it was appox.3/17/2 it was a Tuesday that they came and did the work. My ceiling had been taken down and carpet taken up in the room with the damage. I have two entrances into that room, one from living room and one from dining room. Both entrances were totally closed of with plastic. That was the first mistake they made . Now they had to climb in and out of my window with equipment and to discard large bags of plaster. They damaged my window sill by doing this. I was informed of this by worker and he also took a picture to send to the project manager. They also removed a section of my fence to bring equipment in. Climbing up and down my stone wall, trampling my flowerbed. I asked them to please take trash out through the back yard and bring their truck around to the back so as not to damage anymore of my plants. When the project was finished and they left, I happened to notice that there were dents in my baseboard covers, which aren't that old and in good shape. I also noticed a nick in my laminate flooring in my dining room and part of flooring popping up. this occurred when they removed the carpet. My boyfriend said they must of used the pry bar to lift the threshold up when removing the carpet. He saw them bring the prybar in. I had reported the damages to the general manager at servpro. The GM Christopher Gagnon had visited my home to review damages. He also took pictures of all damages. He said he would except responsibility for the damages. His exact words were, (We'll take care of that). This was repeated for each damage he viewed. For three weeks I had been asking for something in writing excepting responsibility. hey finally sent me an email on 3/30/20. After that I had found out that there was water damage in my wall as well. Same area, which was not detected the first time. I honestly don't recall them even doing a moisture test. I just remember them viewing the damage by eye. Another mistake! Therefore I had to call them back to remove part of the wall and they had to remove over doorway as well. It was a new crew who came in this time. Two young guys. They made an entrance out of the room the right way. This was early April. Sorry, I don't recall all dates. I didn't expect anything like this to happen or to turn out like it did, that's why didn't document all dates. Any how, There was also damage done during second visit as well. When they were banking on the walls, I had to remove some items on my living room wall over doorway do to items dancing around on wall. I didn't want them to fall. While I'm sitting in room, I see a piece of plaster and paper come through. I informed the workers immediately. Before they left they took a picture. I looked at the area punctured and noticed a nail in wall. This is what they must of hit when banging on opposite side and that's what pushed it through. Enough said . From then on I have been in touch with Chris Gagnon GM and it's been total hell I've been patronized, lied to Strung along. You name it! This has taken it's toll on me. I've been back and fourth in emails, with phone calls. I either get no response or I get lies. I have all the emails that were sent back and fourth. I also documented everything in detail. He wouldn't even acknowledge the second complaint. I never even received an apology for any of this. He was also rude to me on the phone. I sent an estimate for damages as he requested. He choice to take partial responsibility. It got to the point where I had enough! agreed to his offer for less just to end this. He's done nothing but string me along all this time. Telling me the check would be sent, to the check is on the owners desk waiting to be signed, to the check is being mailed out. Here it is May 9 2020 and I've received nothing! I've been patient long enough! I've had it! This is why I'm filing a complaint now. I should have done this weeks ago. You try to trust and believe in people and give them a second chance and this is what happens. I'm a very disappointed customer. I'm hoping you can help me resolve this matter as quickly as possible. It would be greatly appreciated, Thank you

ServPro, Brighton, MI. Did a horrible cleanup and they did further damage by gauging n scraping up walls from their careless attitudes from the inexperienced grifters they bring in...did water spot damage all over my living room furniture, left garbage on the floors, scratched up my dining table, broke shelving off the walls, left pieces of damage flooring in a few rooms, left junk stuck in my landscaping while carrying bags out that containe.rripped up debris, provided me immature unsupervised “kids” removing the damaged items. My hone looked like a bomb dropped when ServPro exited, was much worse from what and how they did their process. HORRIBLE SERVICE! You will regret using ServPro.
