My husband and I have stayed here numerous times and never experienced this. We called the front desk several time to complain about the bed bugs and roaches we had in the room, the mattress were filthy and the dirty towels and no shower curtain in the bathroom. The lady at the desk told us that there was nothing she can do about it. We then went down stairs at 5:00 am to speak in person and the man told us that since we checked in early we are not entitled to a refund or another room
