My name is Mohamad, I am a regular customer at Sport Clips here in Florence South Carolina. I am writing today to share with you a very bad experience I had yesterday when I booked an appointment to have my hair cut at Sport Clips. As usual I booked on-line through the application. The waiting time was around 45 minutes. 15 minutes before my turn, I received a notification message, so I moved and reached there within 10 minutes expecting a wait period around 5 minutes +_. Unfortunately, the board was showing again around 40 minutes of waiting. So a gently asked the lady at the reception desk about that and she literally said " LISTEN, sometimes we need to take walk in, so you have to wait for 2 customers before your turn" Here I wanted to tell her and explain that the system showed me different waiting time but again with very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional way she said "Ok I have to go for break and she didn't want to even listen to what I was planning to tell her so her I said " Is this a way of customer service ! Then she replied yes and left the reception desk.
I think this type of unprofessional way of customer service does not serve the aim of business. We are customers paying for the service and we are not paying to be insulted in this way. I think this lady need to be taught how to respect customers before being taught how to have customers hair cut.
