Dr denied right to write and have prescriptions filled with no legal basis. Dr. Has valid license in state of Florida to practice medicine. Dr is in process of adjudication of federal charges but until resolution no legal basis to deny his right to write prescription. Federal investigation in year 4. CVS has no legal basis to deny filling prescriptions but summarily banned it on local level. When attempting to contact corporate CVS, unable to reach corporate level
CVS - Pharmacy
After numerous wrong prescriptions (Estrogen 1mg instead of 0.5mg- Synthroid 125mg instead of 112 mg), and this is not a one time thing.
No notifications when rx are filled and ready. Being on hold > 5 minutes while the phone gets picked up and put on hold again. Never getting an answer.
I will be changing pharmacies.
I work for a physicians office, I cant get through for patients, get calls constantly where pharmacy does not know what rx have been sent in.
