I had a eye exam scheduled today at 3:15 pm so I signed in upon arrival and no one acknowledged me for almost an hour and people with appointments after me were being seen so I had my husband go ask the girl why no one was calling my name . After the eye exam all I wanted to do is pay my 10 copay and I had to wait almost a hour and half which is stupid and ridiculous. Then when one of your employees ask what we needed I said we wanna pay for my eye exam and I told him my paperwork was over at the other station and he ignored me serval times so I went over there and got it myself and he slammed his hand down with a attitude so at this point I'm already pissed . I can go anywhere else but yet I chose u all so I'm not happy with what happened today .
