I ordered the Tuscani pasta with meat and cheese by phone on around 5:15 pm Nov. 11, 2019 and waited approximately 12-14 minutes to go pick it up. I waited for about 5 minutes at the window because the attendant was waiting on an inside customer. I paid $8.71 and took my pasta home to split between my husband and I. His was cold, about a thimble full of sauce and a small amount of cheese. You could see more plain pasta than sauce covered pasta. My half was exactly the same with even less cheese and stone cold. I have to warm up some leftover pasta sauce from the fridge in order to make the pasta edible. What was going to be a quick and pleasant and easy meal became an utter fiasco. I live 1 block from the Pizza Hut. My pasta should have be HOT! I am very, very disappointed about this waste of my money and experience. I truly expected better, as we've eaten this pasta before about a year ago and had no problem. It will be awhile before I choose Pizza Hut again. Cynthia Warren
