Hello,
I am very disappointed with the Lost & Found service at the Myrtle Beach airport Budget rental location. There doesn't seem to be any way to contact the location electronically, or via the phone. I have been trying nearly every day (by phone) to contact the location for an item (door key) that was left with on the rental vehicle's keyring.
The phone menu (@[protected]) continues to loop or disconnects, when "Lost & Found" is selected. Very disappointing!

NOTE: I give great accolades to the staff at the location. They were very friendly, efficient and accommodating! I believe there is something amiss with the standard operating procedures regarding lost and found.
