Memorial Day weekend on Saturday we had reservations to stay at the hotel. That afternoon around 4 I called and told them we would be there late to check in. They said okay that's fine. They went ahead and took the money out of my account. Okay fine. But when we got to the hotel to check in. They said they had NO ROOMS! They left us at almost 1am with no where to stay and I had my 3 year old son with me. I called every hotel and NO ONE had a room. We had to drive a hour away to sleep. We were exhausted and pissed because they ruined our weekend at the beach. Here we are two weeks later and I still don't have my refund and they called me to tell me it would be another 5 to 10 days. I'm pissed I want my money now and at this rate I'm wanting all my money compensated for the trip that they ruined. Especially the gas we wasted to go an hour away to sleep because they don't know how to do there jobs. I emailed corporate and they said they would get in touch with me in a week but it's already been two weeks. Do yourself a favor and book a room with ANYONE but days inn!
