Arby's - arby's in bristol tn has roaches.

I was eating here a few days ago in the dining room. A roach crawled out from the space in between the bench seat and the wall. It was about an inch and a half long. Although this Arby's used to be a very clean restaurant, that time has passed. The dining room was filthy. Crumbs and dirt were all over the carpet. The sauce station had not been cleaned any time recently, as it was covered in dried sauce and fingerprints. The tables had not been wiped down and there were smudges all over the window. The bathroom smelled foul and was in desperate need of attention. I will never come back to this location. I love the Arby's brand of food, but if this is how they are going to run their restaurants now I won't be inclined to dine at any of them.

They are still very dirty and we had a roach crawl on the wall next to wher we were sitting. The floors are nasty and the seats are not clean.

The Arby's in Bristol gets monthly insect and rodent treatment. It gets quarterly inspections from their office and regular inspections from corporate. There has NEVER been an issue with bugs and I suggest it crawled out of her pocket book if there was one. The customer or the bug didnt present themselves to management.

Did you tell the manager that was working? Every restaurant can have a bad day. And one restaurant or one shift that you had a bad experience is not right to punish everyone else.
