My office that I work for (Dr's Ofc) went to Logans for a farewell lunch for one of my co-workers. We had placed our order at which time our drinks were brought to us and then we waited.
Then salads were brought to those who ordered them. We the proceeded to sit in the restaurant for a total of 45 minutes waiting for our food at which time the Doctor informed the waitress that we could not wait any longer that they need to bag our food to go. They brought the bags to us and we paid for our bill. When we got to our office and began to give out the food we found out that 3 peoples food were missing. The Doctor called to the restaurant to complain and the assistant manager stated that she could not give back our money today that the General Manager would have to do that tomorrow. our office has done business with this restaurant on many occasions with the drud rep's who come to our office and brings food. I believe this is a very poor way to conduct business with any one who visits their restaurant on a regular basis. This is a good way to lose a lot of business.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Went to this place because my granddaughter picked it for her birthday on March 19th.Had to eat my food with my hands. Received no silverware. Had to wait 20 minutes for a glass of water. Was there an hour and forty minutes . Never received such poor service ever! Used cash to pay because who know how long it would take to run a credit card!
I am just sad because you went up in price with your early bird meals from 9.99 to 10.99 and now the 6oz steak is no longer on menu. Also you can't get a baked potato, baked sweet potato or even broccoli. Please at least add the baked potato, broccoli, salad, and baked sweet potato. Yours truly Jullie

Second visit in 3 months. First visit same as 2nd. Cold to Luke warm food. Baked potato will not melt butter, broccoli had cold pods.
Food should be served hot to restrict bacteria.

Date: September 3rd 2022. Both of the people who had a garden salad tonight had thrown it all back up about 10 min after eating it. The manager was very rude in turn after explaining the situation.
We ordered a kids chicken tender meal and the chicken tenders weren't cooked all the way. They were pink inside and we didn't notice until my child had eaten 2.😣
Absolutely unacceptable and I'm extremely disappointed.

Need to reserve so many hours of work to clean up! Service was good but brought me the wrong steak which was raw bleeding to a dry steak. That I could not even finish.
How do you only cook only a few chickens on a Friday. When lots of people come out to eat. You might put on your menu try your luck. Glad I go don't come here a lot. Just give apple bees. this place sucks.
Kate was wonderful. The entire staff was helpful. Food came out fresh, hot and with a smile. I recommend Logan's roadhouse in plainfield in. Again thanks late for making a rough day into a great night.

you need to change the slaw recipe it is not your best it has change for the worst several of my friends have noticed the change. and you need to give a better selection of steaks and need to add a soup such as broccoli and cheese soup would be nice.
Today we ate at Logan what a big mistake! We order whole chicken barque, what a laugh we received a cornish hen. On the menu they show a big chicken and no where does it say cornish hen. We complaint to manager and all she said everything is done in corporate. You also need to be aware if you use your credit card and pay cash for the tip, if you leave tip line blank and they will put their own tip. They have done this to my brother three times and to us once. This company is very dishonest and I will never go back! I feel this fraud when they add their tips.
