I came through the drive-through at 5:37 PM today, November 5, 2018. The lady at the drive-through was extremely rude. After I got home, I noticed that not only was my full order not in my bag, but also, my spaghetti was left open and it was spilled out.
I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. The girl gave the phone to a guy who said he was the store manager. I even asked him a second time, and he stated that he was the store manager.
He had no clue how to handle the situation, and he asked if I wanted to drive the 20 minutes back and get the pizza left out of my order.
I asked him how he can run a store that can't get orders right, close the lids, and have nicer customer service.
He said "Ummmmmmmmm"
I asked, for a third time, you aren't the store manager, are you?
He admitted he wasn't.
And his name is Rod.
Then, I asked him to take my number so that the real store manager could call me tomorrow.
He said he'll let another girl write it down because he's too busy.
I said no, you can take it down since you feel you are a manager.
He laughed.
I gave him my number.
Then, he told me to call back tomorrow.
I said no, and I expect a call tomorrow from the real store manager.
There is no excuse for poor customer service, lies pretending to be the manager, or the lack of concern for items left out of an order and spaghetti that was left open.
