Dental Works

Called dentalworks I had seen previously for work concerning problem I was having needing to be seen. Was told by person named dale that even though insurance had been verified prior to procedure and my portion paid before procedure that I nsure denied coverage after being verified and I would not be seen until I paid bill. I attempted to explain that I thought I was receiving veneers he bluntly denied and kept repeating no you have capsi explained that I was told their were veneers and that my insurance had verfified payment before procedure and I had not received bill. Dale then became agitated stated you got a bill, when I assured him I had not and even asked for iemized bill he declined stating you arent going to pay it anyway im just canceling your appointment you go somewhere else when I asked to speak to someone higher up than him was told he is as high up as it goes who had no concern for if I received bill or not refused to provide care, refused to provide itemized bill, was not in room when I was told procedure I was having but loudly aggresivly insisted that I received one procedure when I was under the impression I recieved the other. Was unable to explain why I was told procedure was covered at my procedure but am now being denied itemized bill or to let me speak with anyone other than him to help rectify this situation. If this is how practise is done in this office I will definatly ask my friends and family to go else where would not want anyone treated as I was and I never once refused to pay bill if it was mine only asked questions and for itemized statment do better!
