Truist Bank (formerly BB&T Bank)

My husband and I find the tellers and manager most lacking in common customer service and courtesy whenever we venture into this Bank. No one greets us upon entering. The manager sitting at a desk barely looks up to answer a question. Most of the tellers are just not friendly, don't seem to even try to help you, and have little eye contact with you. The cashiers and baggers at Food City show more courtesy and concern than these Bank employees!
