We purchased a bedroom set and it included adjustable bases. A delivery date of 2/12/2020 was provided. They showed up during the timeframe. It was raining. They did not cover my furniture, and the wood was soaked. As they were bringing my furniture in, I kindly asked that they cover it. He asked if I had paper towels to wipe the furniture off myself. They were very rude.
They did not set up my adjustable bases as they were suppose to, and the delivery drivers took our manuals to the bases. We had to call and schedule a technician to come out a week later.
I have called Rooms to Go several times for them to provide me with the model number or type of base I purchased so that I can download the manual from the manufacture's website. What they provided me with was not correct.
I will not purchase anything from Rooms to Go ever again, and will discourage others as well.
Train your delivery people with customer service skills, and inform them that if it is raining to COVER the freaking furniture.
This company seriously needs to change their delivery company.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
