I purchased my 2011 Hyundai Equus in Oct. 2021 at the hwy. 64 Bartlett location. I drove the car home and into my garage I drove to the store the following day for gas and I noticed the speaker in the front passenger door was rattling I reported it as well as wind noise coming from around the windshield. I also had reported some spot with rust on the outside that needed to be addressed, I was told by my salesperson that I will have a date to break to car back to address the issues.
Before the the car staying in my garage and I pulled it out on the next Friday morning before I left for work and it began to rain while I was away. But when I returned home and I got into the car to move it the passenger floor board had standing water in which had come from the sunroof from a vacuum plug reported later. And I had a issues with the review mirror.
I took the car back so that all the issue I had called out could and would be addressed. I was then given a loan Jeep Compass and it was horrible it drive a lot of gas to be a small SUV. I was in that SUV for an entire month well past Thanksgiving.
I finally called and asked when can or will I will get my car back because I. now making payments. I got it back the next week and when I got it back there was a power steering leak in my garage that was not there before. There speaker was still blown, the paint rust still had not been resolved, still had wind noise. I had it back only two weeks I then took it back in January and they had it for two weeks and it was still the same. I returned it back to them after speaking to the GM and he give me vouchers for a car that has been with them 90% of the time since I have had it which is almost 6 months now. now it is back with them and they reported that it is now at the Hydundi dealership next door with no ETA. I asked will I have it before my 49th birthday Sunday and I was told no.
I have been paying a car note for a car that has been at CarMax Bartlett TN every month for weeks since I purchased it. This is totally unfair to me and I want my car. And I want the issues resolved.
Now I'm being force to take legal actions about this because I'm very unhappy with the way I have been handled. I purchased in November and I have not had the car at my house longer than 30 day since the purchase this is sad and I'm pissed.
I'm paying for something that is at the dealership and I'm left with not being able to drive the car I pay for.
Please I need someone to contact me ASAP by EOD Friday March 26 2022 after then I will proceed with the next step. This is really crazy I'm paying for a car I can't see nor drive what type of business is this?
I have had enough I'm done dealing.
Desired outcome: I want my car a refund a new car a time frame and I want someone to contact me by Friday of this week.
