My name is Linda Hill. I worked for Youfit Health Club on Shelby Drive for a few years. I was proud to be a member there and enjoyed working. I resigned last year due to other personal obligations; however, I still enjoy going to work out and spending time with all the members in the community.
My complaint now is that all of the Cardio Machines have been out of order for about 3 weeks in an effort to repair the TVs. The TVs have always been a problem since the company switched from Comcast to Direct TV, so why were ALL of the Cardio Machines taking out of service to repair the TVs. I would have thought that if that was necessary to do that maybe half at a time could have been taking out of service. This is totally Unacceptable. What's the point of paying a maintenance fee when no maintenance is being performed. I do believe if equipment is not up and running this week, memberships will be cancelled. Most members love the gym and the location. Please help to get the Cardio Machines back in operation ASAP! As an employee and now a member, I have always promoted Youfit. I am ashamed to say I workout there now.
