My car was totaled in an accident that was no fault of my own. I had current coverage with a 1000 deductible. My girlfriend at the time of the lost was driving my car, when I filled a claim my acceptance provided me with a form that was electronically signed. I have spoken with several people from the insurance company with no avail. I first signed up in the store I event sent them the in store transaction receipt with credit card information. The company still contends that I sign up online its quite clear that I didn't sign anything physically or electronically. The company is doing shady and bad business . POLICY NUMBER CSGA [protected]
