I was an honest customer for this company never had any issues what so ever until the NEW OWNERS Came..On August 21, 2019 Time 1:43PM me and my wife went into the store to sell our items the NEW OWNERS Chris And Mandy Were not very friendly we were not greeted with respect they allowed us to sign in took my information told us it would be 45mins till an hour before our things were processed, so we walked around looking at other items not even 10mins go by they decided to call us up to the counter to inform us they could not accept our items in my mind something told me to record our transactions with these people SO I DID JUST THAT, As the owner Chris stated why they couldn't take our items his Co Owner Girlfriend Mandy blurted out to my wife YOU HAVE ALOT OF BALLS SHOWING UP IN HERE...As we both sat with confusion I said excuse me to her what's her problem my wife even asked excuse me and Mandy Said Out loud YOU HEARD ME.So EVERYTHING IS BEING RECORDED so my wife is an Ex Co-worker for this store this public place and what I took from what she said is that since my wife is no longer a worker there she is not allowed remind you she was not fired nor was she discharged/layer off ETC she quit cause she wanted a better decent job so on they're part it's very unprofessional and it's illegal..So as we were approached in such manner it was and man standing at the counter with the new owners speaking with them laughing and I'm thinking at this point he must be a friend of theirs cause as I was trying to ask questions he and the owners were making threats and what had me baffled is that they allowed this man to stay in the store while he was making threats and made us both feel out of place so the owners called the cops on me and my wife after we were basically harassed by all three of them so everything is on video the first thing what was said is that my wife wasn't allowed by the CO OWNER and when I come to ask why it's was false reasons so they told the cops they no longer wanted me in there but my wife can come in which made no sense. All this went down hill when they fired my sister which she was the store manager for 15years she was on an doctors order to stay out of work due to her just giving birth to twins due to complications with the pregnancy then she gets a call from these new owners telling her they no longer need her service which is trap. These people seem to honestly disremanate against BLACKS I have contacted corporate about this issue now I guess I'm in a waiting process to see what can be done about these New UNPROFESSIONAL OWNERS.
