I am a site supervisor for Sunstates Security. I found out I had a severe health issue in 7/22. This caused me to miss quite a bit of work. Four days aftervI had the clot removed I found out my wife needed open heart surgery. I had to miss work to be there for her because we have no family. Yesterday my operations manager met with me and stated due to my abscess from work he was demoting me and cutting my pay 4 dollars per hour. I have proof of all the medical treatment which was sent to HR. He expects me to train a new supervisor in a week and move to third shift even though this is not my fault.
Desired outcome: Keep my job as site supervisor and current wage
