On March 30, 2021 me and my son went shopping at your food city at 416 Eastern Plaza Way Newport TN. Everything was great until we went to check out then I heard the store manager yelling at one of the employee for being on break, now I personally know that is not the way a respectable Manager should be or act something needs to done immediately, this is not the first time I've been in there and heard him yelling and cussing an employee in front of customers now most of the employees at that store are kids and don't deserve to treated like that. As much as I enjoy shopping at your stores if something isn't done I will have to take my business elsewhere and I will let all my friends and family know not to shop there.
