Great Clips - Customer service

I checked in on line. As I walked in I seen I was first. The lady completely overlooked me and I told her my name was Sydney I was next and took the lady to the back and cut her hair. I wouldn’t be so upset but the circumstances to me coming here were extremely. I locked my keys in my car and had to walk half a mile to make this appointment because I promised my son I would get his hair cut before he had to go to to his fathers. So I walked with my two kids to great clips only to be looked over and told by the manager oh I’m sorry. I come here and get my hair cut and my kids as well. But I seriously doubt I will be back. Not an I’m sorry or anything for the lady that did it. Her name is sherry or sherald. In the oakridge tn salon.

Desired outcome: An apology and whatever else you see fit.
