Big Lots - Damage to my car

On November 11th my car was damaged by Bigs Lots shopping cart return in the parking lot. It was not attached to the ground and blew into my car and broke my mirror off and scratched my car. 299 N Lowry st in Smyrna Tennessee is the location of the store.

My name is Dennis Griffith and my number is [protected] I have spoke with the manager Al Taylor numerous times to get this resolved and he gave me your number a few days ago after 3weeks of waiting.
