The Smyrna store performed an alignment on my Infiniti G37S car on November 2nd the technician tried several hours to complete the recalibration. He finally told me to go to the dealership to have it reset. I went to the Nissan dealership which costed me $156.94 and I was told that the Firestone technician had damaged the 4 wheel adaptive steering and it would have to be replaced the replacement cost for parts and labor would be $2, 758.20. I have contacted Firestone regarding this matter five (5) times and have been told that it would be handled. The claim has been submitted to both the regional and corporate offices, and still no one has contacted me. I have been a loyal Firestone customer for several years and am very disappointed with how this claim is being handled.
