One of the worst experiences at a restaurant I have ever had. When my family and I walked up to the host desk, it took them a few minutes for the host to even notice we were inside because they were too busy throwing paper airplanes and laughing to each other. Once the host directed us to sit, someone was sitting down at the table already and did not even know we were coming. The Host saw he was sitting there prior to being seated and said nothing about it. After waiting over 40 minutes to get seated, Grace (Waitress) asked if we want appetizers, and most were out of stock. Only thing available was the onion rings and they were cold and dry. We wait well over an hour and a half for our food and once it got to the table the quality was poor. My 6oz Salmon looked like 2oz and the same for my mom's steak. We told Grace (waitress) about our issue, and she seemed unconcerned. after talking about it for a while she eventually got Chris (Manager) to try and resolve the problem. Chris was understanding and very respectable about the situation. If he was not there, we would have just requested a full refund because the service was terrible. The Host were eating right Infront of customers and no music was playing on the inside at all. We came in wanting that memorably experiences you get with southern hospitality but instead it was the opposite. To top it off the silverware was dirty and bathroom were trashed. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Logan's Roadhouse - Manager rude and unprofessional
My wife and I were served at the Logans in Smyrna Tennessee on October 5th. We finished our meal but was given the wrong bill for our meal. We had paid for the bill and were given the receipt. That was when we realized the amount was wrong. The manager voided that bill. We paid the correct bill with our credit card. The voided amount was not put back on the credit card as we were told by the credit card provider. On October 11th I called the Smyrna TN Logans to discuss the situation with the manager that was there at 5:00 P.M. I was told that when the bill was voided the money was not deducted from the credit card. I attempted to tell him that the card provider had record of the amounts deducted from the card. He then told me nothing could be done have a nice day. He knows that the money was not back on the card but refused to address this simple matter. My name is Edward Simpson
Desired outcome: I just want the voided amount refunded.
