My experience with your hotel was definitely one like no other, as it was terrible and way below expectations, but beyond that it was well below normal living standards. The room itself was cosmetically nice but half of the establishment was in shambles and was not disclosed upon booking. Continental breakfast which was a must when picking a hotel was diminished down to an apple and a banana, again with no disclosure at booking and might I add is hardly a breakfast. I did not even have hot and/or running water 5/7 paid days of my stay and had to resort to showering at my In-laws home, WHAT A VACATION! Staff was made fully aware of the problems in my room and did not fix the problem or attempt to relocate myself and my wife whom I might add is ill and on dialysis. I felt I needed to bring this to your attention as this is my third stay at your hotel and I have never had a bad experience until now. I sincerely hope you address these issues as it is very unfair to falsely advertise a resort like experience and then provide a headache of a stay. Thank you for your time.
