Today at 11:08 pm went to 7-Eleven to buy some chips and a drink. The cashier on the register name Donald was been nice at first untill he ask me how I was paying told him with my Lone Star. He slide the card and ask for my pin number told him I was not giving him the pin number. For him to stop asking for the pin number told him the card was my friend in the car. So, don't know why out of the blue he started making statements that this was his money. I told him that was not going to give it to him and that I was going to input it on the machine. He made a rude statement that people that don't give out the pin number are the thiefs and he called me a thief and him and his buddy were laughing out loud and embarase me in front of everyone in the store. I have never felt more embarased and humiliaded in my entire life as I was tonight. I did ask him his name and told him mine and ask for the 1-800- number to complain and he told me it's some where outside on the window. I've been going to this store for 20 years. I live here and for this reason I will no longer be going to this store for the bad customer service I received tonight. If you have any questions please email me at [protected]@yahoo.com
