Fat loud and extremely rude female employee in wheelchair highly vindictive, makes false claims that she owns the store, and has a terribly difficult time just taking the currency individuals offer to pay for their purchases.

This method of resolution appears low functioning as their is no method of contact in following up.
Desired outcome: For this Complaint Service, working on behalf of 7-11 Corp, to actually follow up on complaints about shady, rude, and lazy employees.

Oh yeah how about my 7-11 in Hedgesville WV has a group of grown men who take up parking spaces with their big trucks to hangout in the parking lot! They literally sit in lawn chairs stating their opinions about “[censored]s and Queers” ! AND they are family/friends of the employees! That’s our community 7-11 experience
