I have been coming to this store for 20 years food and prescriptions . 11/27 I bought a gift card for 200.00 for my granddaughter, she was going to the LSU game the next day. She was unable to use the card. When I bought it the lady handed me the card and a receipt . I took it make and got total indignation from the two lady's at customer service. I finally screamed and got a manager that made me wait 20 min while looking at cameras only to find that the lady that gave me the card did something wrong. I finally got my money back with we are sorry mistakes happen. Some how my granddaughter not having money out of town, myself being treated like a criminal and having to wait for 20 min while cameras were checked. Some how a sorry just didn't seem like enough.
