Helen in the deli department was absolutely wonderful! So helpful and so pleasant. We needed a party tray in a rush and she had it ready in under an hour.

The Albertsons in Olympia Washington is the best ever from management down to baggers they are the best. Friendly helpful. Always clean. We don't go anywhere else. We give them a 10 Dana Meadors

I love my Albertsons because they always have digital deals coupons for items I actually use all the time. Every week. The store is well stocked the employees are helpful and friendly as well. I was really disappointed in the service I received
I was really disappointed in the service I received the other day. I bought a carrot cake and I noticed it tasted kind of funny only to discover MOLD was growing on the bottom. I contacted the store via their survey and the manager emailed me saying they would give me a whole brand new cake for my one serving size and I was thoroughly that the manager contacted me. Way to go Albertsons!
Best pickup service EVER!
Sam & Brandi at the Gillette, Wyoming branch are amazing! They really know how to make their customers feel special and cared for! From picking the greenest bananas for my husband to the best flowers for me. They have gotten to know our preferences and always arrive at out car with smiles. They even leave us notes on our purchases to make us smile! Best of luck to these two amazing ladies! I have no doubt your adventures in Deli are going to be epic!
The best store EVER!
First off, I came in to the store feeling super thirsty. A worker could tell, so they immediately came and kindly pointed me to the direction of the drinking fountain. So attentive! I was there to receive my covid-19 vaccine and I was super nervous! The pharmacy workers, however, were so kind and made me feel very comfortable. They listened to all my worries and discussed with me my options. Then, they gave me my shot and it was the most painless shot I'd ever received! So quick and easy! Afterward, I did a little shopping and headed to the checkout line. The cashier worker and the bagger were so sweet! They asked me about my day and shared with me their love of the drink I purchased! It made my day, and all I can say is thank you Albertsons for being such a pleasant place to shop! Keep up the good work, and for those reading this review, GO TO ALBERTSONS! It might just be the highlight of your week!
Over charged again
I only shop 1 day a week at Albertsons now because of their ridiculously high prices. Every week I make a list from their ad of decent pricing with the U coupons. Almost every week I get over charged at the registers and have to stand in line to get a refund. The register does not show what you are being charged until the total button is pushed. Today the spareribs were on sale for $1.27 per pound, but priced at $4.99 reg on the pkg. I was assured that it would ring up properly at the checkout. I made sure I had downloaded the U coupon on my phone, but it still rang up at the regular price. It over charged me by $20.07. The refund was given after explaining it to the customer service area. If their registers would show the markdown price instead of deducting the coupons at the end this would not be happening. If you are not looking at your receipt you are being cheated.
Recommendation: Check your receipts.

I've been shopping at Albertson's for many years. 2 1/2 years ago, I moved to Denison, Texas and was glad to find an Albertsons nearby.
But for some strange reason, they think they should have access to my name, phone #, and email address in order for me to get their "justforU" specials. I explained to them I don't do texts - I don't do or have apps on my phone - other than the weather and GPS. Too bad, I was told, the company requires you to sign up for their specials and want to have my information so they can track my purchases and sell my information to others.
I don't want their damn spam emails.
I know a lot of these younger people have fancy phones and don't mind giving out their personal information to anybody and everybody and getting spam emails. But I'm older, and I DO MIND!
I was given their customer service telephone number and was told I could talk to them. I was told the same thing, but without the sympathy of the employees at the store. I was told you either get the app / sign up for it, or you don't get the special.
Guess what! I don't need Albertsons! There's an Aldi's and a Wal-Mart close by too.
If you're going to treat me like a second class citizen and you don't care about my business - then you'll be doing without my business and I'll be telling my friends and neighbors just how much you hate and despise older people which is apparent since you can't seem to find a way to give those of us who are technologically challenged, or who want to protect our privacy - the specials you offer.
I know being a single older, retired person I don't buy as much as my adult children and grandchildren, but when I tell them how I'm treated, if they have any respect for me at all - and they do - you'll be losing their business too.
Oh by the way - you need to change the name of your "customer service" department to "policy enforcement" department.
When I called, I was told they were just following "policy" and the store employees had to follow the policy if they wanted to continue working there.
My advice is shop at Aldi's and Wal-Mar. They don't demand you give them your phone number, address, and email address to get their specials.

I purchased 5 gift cards for my son for his birthday on 9/15/23. The Starbucks gift card had a preset amount of 25.00 on it. I paid for them and got the receipt and authorization to make sure the gift cards were active and it showed they were. My son tried to use the card and it had a zero balance. This has been over a month and the company is not even trying to help resolve this. NEVER again will I buy a gift card from a company who is not helping customers.
I called again today after a month and they have still not resolved this.

All the information is above all new pictures on 10 1723 at 11:29 and register two I bought a gift card for $300-$300 is on the card it is not activated and they said it’s the stores fault the store does not want to fix it. I just went shopping this morning and I am so sick of your expensive prices and price gouging. I have been shopping at your store for thirteen years, but I am going to start shopping at Food Basket and Walmart in our town. America's food is so polluted anyway so it doesn't really matter where I get it. The only sales you have are on apps, and I don't have those, so I don't get any sales. It's not right that only some of your customers get the sales. We ALL shop there. That's the last straw for me. I'm going somewhere else. You can gouge the customers you have left. I'm out!

poor customer service
It is beyond unacceptable that disabled senior citizens are forced to check out & bag their own groceries.
Bad enough when a clerk is standing by with their hands in their pockets; even worse when 2 are standing by the checkout discussing their weekend plans.
Customer service has been declining for the last year, starting with fewer check out clerks & the push for self-check out & paying for grocery bags.
This company is self-destructing with the blatant disregard for customer loyalty.
People will shop elsewhere, even though this seems to be a trend among all stores. People will go to the stores that are the least aggravating.
You may think you are increasing your profits by cutting services, but in the long run it is an epic failure.
Desired outcome: Restore your customer service practice to what used to be a friendly, \ experience that made customers felt appreciated.Stop discriminating against disabled/ senior citizens.

I transferred perscriptions to your store. Asked when I called it in if they had the new perscription and they yes. I picked it up cost $120.00. I purchased a case of beer with the promise of a $10 rebate. I never received it.
I did receive an email stating "We have not received an opt-in or claim request within the last 30 days for a rebate reward that you recently qualified for at one of the Albertsons / Safeway group of companies."
I didn't receive the opt-in request. I called the number in the email, provided the receipt info to Judy T. at the Customer Support Center and emailed a copy of the email to her. she looked it up and verified the rebate was due. she called the partner while I was on hold and returned to verify that they would be emailing and calling me to resolve this. They never did!
I can assure you this was not an error on my part, or a missed opt-in claim opportunity. This was simply Albertsons or its partners failing to properly process the rebate. Arrgh!

I was at Albertsons on Federal Way last night. The self serve, which was all that was available, didn't allow me to enter my phone number to get my digital discounts. The attendant said there was nothing she could do and customer service was closed. Come back tomorrow, with the groceries, and they might be able to do a refund so I could get my discounts. I said no, that's a 50 mile round-trip and that was not satisfactory. Finally, after insisting, another employee did the return on all except the beer. This made a difference of almost $40! I'm not a trained checker and should not have been told that nothing could be done. Not allowing the beer to be returned cost me a $5 rebate. I will be thinking twice about shopping at Albertsons in the future! I hope to hear from someone!
