I'm filling a complaint. I was being seen for my right-hand worker comp and all documents sent to the adjuster was sent over wrong instead of sending for the right hand they sent information over for the left-hand worker comp which is for a previous case informed them that the information was sent over wrong. They claim that the sent over the correct information and I as advise by my adjustor that the information she receive was for left hand. I was denied due to the wrong information being sent which I'm not sure why the adjustor would even submit it knowing that it was not the correct information. And for Care now after being informed to continue sending the wrong information over I spoke with Ms. C and Sam both the office manager, and nothing ever seem to get done correctly. The last visit I had with the doctor Lee he stated that the information in the charting systems need to be updating correctly. If someone can kindly give me a call-in regard to the HIPPA and mis handling of my documents and case, I will be greatly appreciated.

Desired outcome: Because now I have to file an appeal for medical to be paid due to the information being sent incorrectly and the case being denied for wrong information provided.
