I scheduled an appointment online with the store at Parmer and Mopac - 2500 W Parmer Ln, Austin, TX 78727.
I received a confirmation email with a date of 12/1/2022 - I didn't notice, when the email came, that they had changed the store location to another address at the Shops of Arbor Walk - 10515 N Mopac Expy Ste P, Austin, TX 78759.
I went to the 2500 Parmer store and was told my appointment was not there - that it was at the Shops of Arbor Walk. I drove to this store and they pulled up my appointment to tell me that the only thing scheduled was a refill of my washer fluid and air check for tires. The confirmation email I received clearly said "Services Requested: Oil and Filter Change". The guy at the counter was not helpful, argued that "this is what we show scheduled" when I showed him my confirmation email. He could not help me and said maybe in "a couple of hours". This is a terrible business practice. I requested one store, only to be scheduled at another and then told the service I scheduled and had confirmation of, was not what they had down. Customer service was beyond horrible. I was in the store at Arbor Walk at 10:30AM on 12/1/22 - when my confirmed appointment was for the oil and filter change. Will never use Firestone again and won't recommend to anyone.
Desired outcome: Fix whatever glitches you have with online scheduling, if that is in fact what happened. Also, better customer service is highly recommended.
