My husband and I stayed there from 4/25/19-4/30/19. We forgot some of my husbands clothes that he left in the dresser in room 133. He called on 5/3/19 at 6:54 a.m. (Arizona time), and was told the clothes were there. We would need to have a Fed Ex account number and the clothes would then be mailed back to us. Due to my husband getting his chemo treatments, I did not call back until 5/25/19 @ 11:20 a.m. to give our Fed Ex account number to the front desk. It was then I was told the clothes were not there. She would check with the housekeeping supervisor, and for me to call back the next day. I called on 5/26/19 @ 2:45 p.m., and again on 5/27/19 @ 9:18 a.m. The clothes are not there, where did they go? What is LaQuintas policy on items left behind? I work for a major hospital in Phoenix, and we keep all items, including medications for 60 days.
Some of the clothes were brand new, 2 pairs of shorts, 2 tank tops, underwear, and socks. I want to say that our stay there was wonderful, we were in town on business with my family. Your staff was exceptional, while we were there, and on the phone. However, my husband's clothes are missing, and we would like to be compensated. We have travel plans in the future.
