Hi my name is Angelina martinez I went to mc Donald's the one benwhite waiting like 25 min cause they where busy when it was My turn pulled up first thing I order was cheese burger no onions no pickles and small fires then a combo of 10 pieace nugget with Sprite the I had a code for to small fries and with purchases of 20 piece nugget then 2 drinks which came out to 19$ and change I gave him a 20 when I got up to window the worker didn't repeat the order to me just took my money the I said can I order to small sundaes please I gave him 5 $ for the sundaes then I was next at the window I grab my order checked my order no cheese burger or fries in the bag I was trying to hand the bag back to worker told that the worker didn't repeat my order it's not my fault then another worker came to the window told me if I can pull up to wait on double cheese burger I told indidnt order no double cheese burger I told her no just for a cheese burger and my sundaes they refused to give Me the sundaes why because no communication on there end I felt like they where no trying to understand what I had purchase they handed me drinks couldn't tell me which was coke or diet coke very unprofessional then after the other worker called me a [censored] I said what she slammed her window then the my husband got off went to the window said for her to chill out not be calling my wife no [censored] I had my Lil Girls in the car I couldn't belive as a costumer how she handle this then Manger was very disrespectful also she trying to say inwas scaring the workers just because I did want to move up to wait I had to repay for the cheese burger aging spent 28$ dollars which my order was not right food was cold the mager could of handle this better I've been going to this Mc Donald's for a long time never had thus problem..
