I was at the drive thru this evening. As I was waiting for my order at the window i heard someone yelling at the top of her lungs for about 10 minutes. The girls working the window were visible upset by the yelling. I was uncomfortable sitting waiting for my order so i could only imagine how the workers felt. There was no reason for anyone to be spoken to in that manner. The manager was very unprofessional and is a poor representative of your company. Totally uncalled for.
