Wingstop - order was never made and was asked for proof, by asking to see my phone.

Call was made by phone on the the way there around 5:30 pm.We placed order, and was asked for name and was told that it would be ready at 5:50.Family of 5 were in vehicle waiting in their parking lot for 5:50. I Walked into restaurant and stepped up to counter, waited for them to ask if I had been helped .A young lady asked if I had been helped and I responded not yet.I then told her that I was there for a pick up .She asked me if I called in I responded yes.I told her what my name was and she checked on the computer screen and told me that she was going to go check on order, walks to the kitchen area talks to a couple of the employees and they both turn to look at me.walks back to counter and tells me that they are checking on my order, then turns to next customer and leaves me there waiting. So I waited for a bit and nothing. So I think ok my order is not ready yet. So I walk out to parking lot to my truck and wait about ten min.I walk back in and ask again to see if my order was ready I gave my name.This time it was another young lady, she checks the computer and says that there was no order made with that name and asked for the phone number. Did not have my phone on me so I go to truck to ask my daughter which number she had called, she gives me the number and I call to verify location and it was correct. Walk back in and they again ask if I made a call over the phone as if I did not call.I asked for the manager and they respond again for the number.i started get a bit frustrated and confused as to what was happening. So I call my daughter to come inside .I once again asked for the manager .One of the young ladies walk to back to get the manager, (Monique).Manager also checks computer and says that there was no order placed with that number we gave them or name .Manager apologized and asks I I would like to make another order and would have to wait again.Then they ask for proof that the call was made! By asking to se the phone that the call was made with, to verify that we had called, and what time.My daughter and I looked at each other in shock!I could hear the customer's were loudly talking amongst themselves in shock as well that the would ask to see the phone to see if the call was made.so my daughter shows them her phone and they look at her phone and say nothing, then ask if I would like to make another order.my family and I had waited that long already and decided to stay and place another order.I place another order and made my payment at 6:14p.m and waited again. After another wait my food was ready and my name was called.i asked for the managers name and store information the young girl said hold on, and went to get the manager. I ask for her name and tells me that her name was Monique and asked for the store number. #149.
