Pizza Hut

I placed an order for delivery on 7/14/19 at 6:59 pm. The order was to be delivered at 8:05 pm, I waited until 8:20 and still no delivery. I called pizza hut and asked about my order and was told that ordered got picked up already. I told her it was to be delivered and she then said well I guess it's out for delivery. She told me that I should be getting my pizzas any minute now. I waited until around 8:45pm and called back. I asked her if she had the delivery persons number to call and see where our food was and she said she did not have a number for the delivery person and that she would call the gm and see what they say. She then told me to call her back in 15 minutes. I waited and called and she said she was still waiting for someone to call her back. I then told her to just remake my order and I would pick it up. When I went to pick up the order I asked her about a refund or a discount and she then told me she would not charge me for the second order! I told her I wasn't paying for the second order in the first place. It was after 9:30pm when we finally got our food. I paid a delivery fee and left a tip. I believe I should receive a full refund for my order. My order number was 3190714185945001311022643.
