In 2018 a representative of Artistic Transfer sent me a link to its website artistictransfer.com claiming The Trois Estate would be hosting its second home and The Louvre of Texas is coming in 2019.
It has been nearly 3 years and still nothing.
Here is what the company published on its website:
Artistic Transfer not only acquired the exclusive publishing rights of this historic painting, but we will also be participating in the sale of the original painting, appraised by three of the most world renowned appraisers at around $20M. Part of the proceeds of this sale will benefit My Possibilities in Dallas, Texas, and will also facilitate the renovation of the internationally-sought Trois Estate in Fredericksburg, Texas. The Trois Estate and its partners will host the location of Artistic Transfer's second home and production facility by the end of the year! Here we will be hosting weekly art events, auctions, artist showcases, and printing and publishing services for the Texas Hill Country Fine Art community.
An additional museum and gallery is being built on the estate, to be home to some of the most famous masterpieces from master painters such as Monet, Van Gogh, and Jackson Pollock. Artistic Transfer artists will have the exclusive opportunity to participate in exhibitions where their paintings will be showcased next to these priceless paintings.
Please stay tuned for additional news in the coming weeks as we have more great details to share with you!

ArtisticTransfer - False claim of patent pending system
After I was contacted by a representative of Artistic Transfer I downloaded its product services document from its website and learned that it is falsely claiming that it has a "patent-pending system". This document was created on April 10th 2018 and revised on January 26th 2019. As of December 3rd 2020 this false statement has not been removed from its website.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
I am reading here that on December 3, 2020 Artistic Transfer, LLC purportedly resolved this complaint.
Next I read that on December 7, 2020 Artistic Transfer, LLC published its threat to anyone who makes a legitimate complaint regarding its false patent claim. The company also threatened to "terminate agreements" with its artists.
After I downloaded its Artistic Transfer Solutions + Services document, I see that on December 30, 2020 the company quietly REMOVED its false patent claim when it republished this same content under a new document title.
I will not transact business with any company who publishes THREATS while failing to publish a retraction of its multi-year false patent claims.
I found it very helpful to check the public court records in Nevada. Ronald G. Bush testified under sworn oath in depositions that are filed publicly concerning his business partnership with John Golfis and Artistic Transfer LLC and the image capture system. Mr. Bush testified that John Golfis developed the image capture system and there is no patent filed. The US Patent office indicates no patent has been filed by Mr. Golfis. Sworn testimony in Nevada contradicts the response posted by Artistic Transfer, LLC.
Surprise Surprise, Ron Bush is still a criminal.
Ron Bush appears in two photos taken by Greg Abbott and published by Jerad Finck on April 28th to his Facebook page with the caption:
"Cosmic Wire’s Zach Friesen and Greg Abbott flew to Switzerland to get our first Donatello! Insane..."
