Do not trust their diagnostics and recommendations because they'll have you buy more services than you really need. Also note, they do not honor any corporate Goodyear warranties or free diagnostics because they are a franchise, but they never tell you that up front until you get their bill.
Again, this IS NOT a real Goodyear service center. I called up the Goodyear Corporate offices and they explained that this was an independent dealer that officially went under a different unrelated name not legally called "Goodyear" in their franchise affiliate system. The customer service agent told me that Goodyear corporate locations will not charge for a diagnostic related to wear of their tires and all official corporate locations will honor any other Goodyear Service Center tire warranty you purchase.
Here's my story: I dropped my truck off at this location because I had a tire that felt like it was shaking when I drove on the highway at moderate speeds. The assistant manager called me to tell me that it was my breaks causing the issue and needed to be replaced (pads and rotors were supposedly warped). I told him that was impossible because it had just passed inspection and only happened when I was driving between 45-60 MPH. Then he said I had a bent rim and it needed to be fixed for $250. This was also not the problem because I have been driving around on that same rim that I know has a small bent area for 10 years with no problems ever. He insisted that I get them both fixed but said that if it didn't actually fix the problem I would still be responsible for the bill, so I insistently declined those services. Then he offered to do a diagnostic, for which he charged me, and then he said I need a full alignment and all new tires because they were too worn and causing the shaking. This was also a lie because my vehicle had just passed an inspection two months ago and had very little mileage since then. The staff seemed annoyed because I declined their recommended services, so I just paid my bill for the tire balance and diagnostics and walked out without any service to see a real corporate owned location.

Goodyear - scruplous sales practices!!!
On 11/11/10 I drove to this Goodyear because I had found a coupon online for $12.98. It was a great deal, and I thought worthy of driving a bit out of my way for. When I drove up, the sign displayed $12.98. I said to the guy in the shop that I had a coupon for $12.98. He said for me to give it to the guy inside the store. After 5 minutes of waiting, no one came. The guy out in the shop noticed and yelled for the guy to help. He didn't, so the guy from the shop had me write my info on the clipboard and said he'd pull my car in to get the oil changed. After about 5 minutes or so, after my car was alreday being worked on, the guy who was supposed to be workin in the store, "John". Finally came into the store. When the guy from the shop finished, he told me my oil change was done and so I went to the front for "John" to ring me up. When he did, he told me it was $28.08. I said, "No, I have a coupon." He said, it's not the correct oil weight for my Nissan Xterra and that I had to present the coupon up front. Of which I responded with, "I did tell the guy who worked on my car that I had the coupon and since you weren't up front working" there was no way for me to present the coupon to you. He refused to give me the $12.98 price, even though the guy in the shop, new I had that coupon, worked on my car and never said ANYTHING about me needing a certain type of oil for my vehicle. The guy said "well I can empty out the oil we just put in if you want then?" As if I can drive my car without oil in it! This was misrepresentation and horrible customer service. I insisted on the $12.98 price, but John was not going to budge and was EXTREMELY rude. Here is the deal, there are coupons every day for lets say $14.95 at NTB that you can get off line. This $12.98 was an even better deal, or so I thought. John was rude, didn't care, and I can't prove it, but I think he took advantage of me because I am a woman. Either way, what he did is sleezy, shady and I want a refund of the difference. This place should be shut down! How can they run a business like this? I had NO money to begin wtih, which is why I went to them. I never would have agreed to this oil change had they been up front with me. As far as I am concerned, it is not my fault that John did not communicate with the guy in the shop regarding the coupon I had. Their lack of communication should not be put off on the customer. False advertising, lack of customer service, and shady practices. This is the WORST service I have ever had!
