On Tuesday 8;00pm i went to McDonalds to try the Grimace meal , i ordered 4 Grimaces meals, by drive thru , so i made my order , then proceed to pay , i handed my debit card to the cashier , he slide my card on the their little scanner to charge me for what i ordered ,but then after he finished sliding my card he came and looked at me and asked , that what was on my order, i reply to him saying ,-4 of the Grimaces meals , and then he went and slide my card again ,and he handed it back to me with the receipt , then I proceed to the next window to pick up my order ,they gave me all my order correct so I drove back home , after arriving at home , I took a minute to check my bank account and transactions , and there is when I notice that the cashier at McDonalds charge me.$ 40.45 dollar's for my 4 Grimaces meal but he also charge me $ 16.75 for I don't know what ,i decided to go to McDonalds to ask for my refund, when i arrived to McDonalds again i went and explain the front cashier what had happened then he ask me to wait for the manager
the lady manager came and asked me for my receipt i showed to her then i explained what happened and that i wanted my refund[the 16.75 back] ,she grabbed my receipt and walk to the back yelling the f word , then after 2 min approx. she came back and told me- i cant deal with this right now i have to much work ,you have to come tomorrow morning , i got so confuse i don't know what was happening but then i remember i was schedule to work next day so i walk away feeling so confuse and disappointed but i also knew that i need to solve the matter that day because it was impossible for me go the next day morning to fix it , so I turn around and once again i explain my self to her ,she looked at me with a disguise stare and said- you don't have the other ticket neither the cashier ,you have to come tomorrow ,and she turn around and ignore me ,I ended up more confuse ,because i don't know what other receipt she is talking about when i have and i showed her all the proofs even my back account ,well then i stayed there for another 5 minutes just waiting for another answer or solution or for her to tell me something but nothing happens she continue ignoring my presence ,then I asked her what was her name and she was refusing me to tell me ,she does not even wear her name tag on her red shirt with and almost yelling at me she spelled at me, obviously it was no need for her to be so rude to a client and so unprofessional , she didn't solve the issue and i didn't have get my money back but this kind of people shouldn't be working as a costumer service Managers /she is not a decent person to be in charge of a crew at McDonalds she doesn't have manners ,she is not polite ,very rude and unprofessional ,obviously once again they have lost another costumer at these McDonalds store
Desired outcome: i want an explanation of why she didn't solve the issue /why she thought that i do have time to go back again for a refund/and also want my refund[16.75] back
